Every piece from Spinebite is handmade with care. If something isn't right, please reach out before opening a case. We'll always work with you to make it right.

RETURN WINDOW
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for eligible items.

ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
- Items that arrive defective or damaged
- Wrong item received
- Item significantly not as described

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
- Custom and personalized orders (final sale)
- Sale and clearance items (final sale)
- Items showing signs of use, wear, conditioning, or alteration

ITEM CONDITION
Returned items must be unused and unaltered.

RETURN SHIPPING
If your item is defective or we made an error, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For all other approved returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Contact us through our shop within 14 days of delivery. For damaged or incorrect items, please include photos so we can resolve things quickly. We respond within 1–2 business days.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are refunded only if the error was ours.
